Therapy for Women
Maybe you’re used to being the one who holds everything together.
You’re managing work, relationships, family, expectations, and the constant list running through your head—but somewhere along the way, you’ve started to feel disconnected from yourself. You may be more anxious, irritable, exhausted, or overwhelmed than you used to be. Or maybe you’re moving through a season of change and realizing that the ways you’ve always coped just aren’t working anymore.
You don’t have to wait until things feel unmanageable to ask for support.
A Space to Focus on You
Women often carry a lot—sometimes without realizing just how much until it begins affecting their mood, relationships, confidence, or ability to feel present in their own lives.
Therapy provides a space to understand what’s contributing to the way you’re feeling, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways to respond differently.
I work with women navigating:
- Anxiety and chronic worry
- ADHD and executive functioning difficulties
- Stress and burnout
- Relationship and boundary concerns
- Divorce, separation, and relationship transitions
- Motherhood and changing family roles
- Perimenopause, menopause, and related life changes
- Low self-worth and difficulty prioritizing yourself
- Emotional reactivity and difficulty regulating emotions
- Grief and loss
- Major life transitions
- Feeling disconnected from yourself or unsure of what comes next
Therapy That Goes Beyond Just Talking
My approach is warm, collaborative, and structured. I want therapy to be a place where you feel understood, but I also want you to leave with a better understanding of yourself and practical tools you can actually use in your everyday life.
Using evidence-based approaches, including CBT and DBT-informed strategies, along with relational and insight-oriented work, we’ll look at the patterns contributing to your distress and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.
The goal isn’t to become a completely different version of yourself. It’s to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to who you are—and to create a life that feels more manageable and more like your own.
You spend so much time taking care of everything around you. Therapy can be a place that is focused on you.
